March Craft and Vendor Show

About

Buddy Bags is a collaborative project between Tri-County Opportunities Council, the Princeton Elementary School Districts, the Malden School District, Saint Louis School, the Christian Academy and other area churches, organizations, and individuals. We are a not-for-profit ecumenical organization working to address childhood hunger. We work to provide area children with snack packs on days when school is not in session. We typically try to provide two breakfasts, two lunches, snacks, and drinks. The children we are helping to serve are those whose primary source of nutrition is the free meal programs at school. It is our hope that the snack packs can provide nutrition to help the youth's growing development and ease the burden placed on parents.

Did You Come to this Site in Need of Assistance?

Buddy Bags isn't able to provide other forms of assistance and all of the children we assist are provided through recommendations by the PES district.

If you have a child that you feel would benefit from this program, we invite you to speak with your child's teacher.

If you are in need of assistance we recommend that you visit the Tri-County Opportunities Council as they have a number of programs they run to provide services to those that need help. More information about area resources is available in English or in Spanish from the Tri-County Opportunities Council. The Princeton office is located at 1019 N. We are holding a craft and vendor show on March 2 from 8-3 at St Matthews Lutheran Church (416 E Dover Rd. Princeton). Along with the show we will also have door prizes, raffles ($5), and a potato bar lunch ($6). More information and a flyer can be found below. For admission we ask that you bring a food item that will either go to support Buddy Bags or the food pantry at Tri-County Opportunities.
