Princeton Buddy Bags will have a Car Cruise on Sunday, May 4.  Registration begins at 8 a.m. We will also have food and a 50/50 drawing.  We need lots of help, as this is on a Sunday, many of our helpers are not available.  We have a variety of activities for all skill levels (registration, food, 50/50, baked sale).  If you are unable to help, you can still support us by buying food at the show or making something for the baked sale.  If you would like one of our flyers, you can download a copy here.

Easter Bag Donations

posted Mar 10, 2014, 3:40 PM by Buddy Bags   [ updated Mar 10, 2014, 4:07 PM ]

In the past, along with our holiday boxes for the kids, we have included a gift bag with little goodies.  These are secular bags as they go through the schools, but in the past we have had a lot of churches and organizations donate.  We will need enough for approximately 65 bags.  We are looking for Easter candy and any other Easter things that people are willing to donate.  The  Easter boxes will be packed  on Wednesday, March 19.  If you are able to donate would you please let us know if you are donating as an individual or organization and what you are able to contribute.  You can contact us through our Facebook page, email at princetonbuddybags@gmail.com, or call the First Christian Church at 815-879-0916
Thanks for your support

Help with Food Delivery

We are having food delivered for Buddy Bags this Saturday, March 8, at 9:30 am.  We would appreciate anyone that is able to help take food upstairs to our storage area.  We form a line up the stairs to move the food, so even if you are unable to go up and down stairs, you can still be helpful as part of the group as long as you do not have trouble lifting and passing the loads.  If you are available to help we will be in the education building behind the First Christian Church (125 S Main St).  Everyone is welcome to help.  Thanks to everyone for your continued support.
